Shipping & Returns

At Pugata we endeavour to always get your purchases to you quickly and securely. Shipping within the UK is free on all orders and we use the Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery Service. Depending on what you buy and when you buy it will determine when your piece of jewellery will reach you, below is the time limitations and the explanations for each one.

 

Express: 2-3 Working Days.

If the item you have ordered is in stock exactly as you want it, it will be processed and shipped to you within 2-3 working days. Your parcel will be insured by Pugata and will be sent by the Royal Mail’s signed for service. This means it will arrive between 9am and 1pm the day after the item is shipped, you will be required to sign for this parcel so please make sure you provide an appropriate delivery address.

 

Standard: 2-3 Working Weeks.

If your item needs to be made for you, whether this is because of the metal, stone type or ring size then we will process the order and have it shipped to you within 2-3 working weeks. As with the express delivery when the item is ready we will use Royal Mail’s signed for service.

 

Bespoke: 4-6 Working Weeks

If we are creating a bespoke piece or sourcing something rare for you then the time to ship will be slightly longer than normal. We estimate around 4-6 working weeks but will always aim to get it to you sooner. As with the previous two shipping times we will use Royal Mail’s signed for service when your item is ready.

 

If you need your piece for a certain date then please contact us before placing your order to confirm we can deliver on time.

 

Bank Holidays and Weekends will always play a part in the delivery service so please ensure that you leave plenty of time around the holiday seasons.

 

Overseas

Currently our website is unable to process transactions from overseas clients. If you are outside of the United Kingdom but would like to purchase a piece of jewellery or have something made then please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team or send an enquiry and we will be happy to arrange postage for you.

 

Returns

Any items purchased with no alterations be returned within 14 days for a full refund, the piece must be in the same condition as it was sent out with the same packaging. You will need to contact customer services and they will be able to discuss the steps for returning an item.
